Version: beta-terms-review-2026-10-04-01
Prepared: 4 October 2026 (Sydney). Status: UNAPPROVED REVIEW DRAFT — NOT AN OPERATIVE CUSTOMER CONTRACT. No effective date, release approval or acceptance has been assigned. Reading, discussing or requesting revisions does not constitute acceptance or authorise activation. These terms are not currently enabled for agreement.
1. Operator and current phase
ORACLE ONE is the business/product name operated personally by Richardt Dannhauser under ABN 28 432 806 473. The founder confirmed ASIC business-name registration, his operator/ABN association, the authorised correspondence address 3/359 Rankin Street, Bathurst NSW 2795, Australia, and that info@oracleone.org is monitored for support and privacy requests. These are founder-confirmed facts, not independent registry verification or incorporation. ORACLE ONE is not described as a separate incorporated company. Earlier pending-payment, registration, operator/address/contact questions are superseded; no further fee or confirmation is requested.
The current phase is solely Richardt testing in Australia. He is the operator and sole current tester; this text does not invent a separate customer or paid transaction. Fifteen other testers are contemplated only for a later stage after separate readiness and participation authority. They are not enrolled or enabled, their countries are unknown, and this draft does not authorise invitations, international testing or public release.
2. What is implemented and what is available
ORACLE ONE offers symbolic Tarot, dream reflection and a private Journal, also called Your Journey. Source functionality includes Daily Card/reference material, guided Tarot spreads, manual physical-card entry, dream input, supported Save/reopening paths and private Notes. Public Daily Card and signed-in personal Daily Card are distinct experiences; deterministic card/reference material is not a new model generation.
Source also implements Monthly and Ongoing Journal reflection. Monthly reflection uses eligible saved material for the selected calendar period. Ongoing reflection updates an evidence-bound reflection from supported previous saved claims and genuinely new eligible entries. Historical Weekly records are separate legacy material; they do not promise new Weekly generation.
Not everything visible is active or verified against connected storage. Existing-account sign-in is connected, but normal protected access remains paused until approved operative agreement configuration and genuine acceptance are available; a separately authorised owner-preview path is not a customer release or a consent substitute. New registrations, all new paid AI generation, billing actions, analytics delivery and unfinished private sharing remain disabled.
The founder cancelled the proposed 20-minute AI test on 4 October 2026 at 22:03 Australia/Sydney (AEDT). Previous activation requests and queued auto-start intent are superseded. There is no authorised active test or automatic restart. Only document review preparation and already authorised offline work may continue. Cancelling generation does not delete stored readings, spending records or Journal data, or authorise changing existing read/access controls.
The optional source profile scope includes your private profile, private reusable other-person profiles and a compact basic birth overview. Connected persistence is not established for every profile operation. A preparation page is not a working full natal chart or promised horoscope. Full Your Sky, interactive charts, transits, compatibility and open chat remain deferred.
Existing access, ONE+ membership, Save eligibility, allowances and safety limits remain applicable when features are actually available. This draft grants no entitlement, extra allowance or verification of Save/reopen on every device.
3. Spiritual reflection and honest AI explanation
You may approach ORACLE ONE as a quiet place for reflection, personal meaning and connection with your higher self. Spiritual beliefs deserve respect, and the imagery and language may be meaningful without being treated as factual proof.
When separately enabled, AI generates text from prompts and context; it does not establish direct contact with a higher self, verify a past life, read another person's private thoughts or prove what a dream means. Reflections can be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable. Use your own discernment and keep what genuinely resonates; you need not accept an interpretation.
Tarot and dream material is not a diagnosis, guaranteed prediction, professional medical, mental-health, financial or legal advice, or emergency support. Do not use it as the sole basis for important decisions. Seek appropriate help when needed; in immediate danger contact the emergency service available where you are.
4. Accounts, age and agreement
Use only an account you are authorised to access. Protect your password and device, sign out on shared devices and do not evade ownership, entitlement or security controls. Supabase handles password authentication; never send a password in a support message.
The app requires a separate 18+ attestation. This is a product access rule, not independent age verification or a claim about the legal minimum in every country.
After operative documents are separately approved and configured, protected customer use requires initially unticked agreement and 18+ confirmations. The server checks the exact current texts, versions and receipt. Failed links, failed persistence, unavailable verification or unconfigured documents are not acceptance. These review drafts cannot create operative receipts.
Reviewing this text is not approval. Approval, an expressly authorised effective date, operative configuration, personal acceptance and feature activation are separate steps; none is performed by this draft.
5. Entries, permissions and other people
You choose your entries. Avoid credentials, payment details, unnecessary contact information, identifying information about children and sensitive details unnecessary for reflection.
PROPOSED FOR OWNER REVIEW — not accepted or implemented as a technical block: during this founder-only rehearsal, do not introduce new identifiable third-party information; use fictional fixtures to test other-person paths. Historical records and evidence are not altered by the proposal.
The existing Tarot “For someone else” path uses a first name or nickname and requester attestations of permission for a reflection and, separately, Save. These do not independently establish the person's consent and do not permit publication or a reusable profile. Reusable other-person profile storage requires a distinct, initially unticked permission decision. Withdrawal and deletion are separate controls, with connected-operation limits described in the Privacy draft.
Between you and the operator, this proposed wording does not transfer ownership of your entries. You must have the rights or permission to submit them. Proposed permission to the operator is limited to processing, storing and displaying entries/results for the features you choose, subject to the Privacy Notice; it is not permission to advertise with private narratives, publish them or train a model on them. Provider policies and actual account settings require separate accurate disclosure; this clause does not certify external controls.
Software, artwork, card references and branding remain subject to their rights holders' rights. Personal testing does not grant ownership or resale rights.
5a. Optional profiles and guidance
Ordinary Tarot, Dreams, Daily Card and entry do not require birth information. Source supports a private nickname, birth date, confirmed birthplace and known/approximate/unknown birth time. Own profile/basic overview is free; new saved other-person profiles require existing ONE+ access, including verified unexpired beta entitlement. Owners can still manage/remove existing profile data after downgrade, subject to available owner access.
The basic overview uses a locally calculated Western tropical working convention, identified astronomical engine and historical IANA timezone data. It withholds unsupported placements, including Rising pending validation. Unknown time is not silently treated as exact noon or midnight; ambiguous place/time data must be clarified. This is not a full natal-chart service.
Birth context in Tarot is a separate default-off choice. Where sufficient verified data exists, source uses only the selected recipient's minimal confirmed symbolic sign context, not a hidden alteration to cards, draw, positions or the public Daily Card. The context included in a later enabled request must match the Privacy disclosure; full stored profile data is not automatically the Tarot prompt. Guidance preferences affect wording/priorities, not verified knowledge of your biography.
Saving, selecting or reopening a profile is not a paid generation. Editing/deleting/withdrawing a profile does not rewrite separately saved reading prose. New-person inputs remain one-off unless you deliberately create a reusable profile with separate permission.
6. Current AI cancellation and possible future processing
Tarot, Dream Analysis and Journal reflection paid generation are disabled. The cancelled test cannot resume under the earlier request. Stored historical output is separate from new generation and may remain accessible through existing authorised read paths without rewriting its words.
The current disabled configuration identifies OpenAI's Responses API and model gpt-5-mini. If a fresh founder request and all required approvals/readiness later permit a specific feature, the server would send:
- Tarot: relevant card/spread/orientation/position context, selected language, question/intention and included permitted subject/guidance context; an optional birth-context choice contributes its minimal confirmed symbolic context. Follow-up processing can include the relevant original interpretation and follow-up question.
- Dream Analysis: dream description, optional waking feeling and personal associations, language, relevant permitted subject/nickname and guidance context; eligible expansion involves the relevant Dream material.
- Journal reflection: captured eligible saved Tarot, Dream and Note material for a selected Monthly/Ongoing operation, its period/source metadata and language/guidance preferences. Ongoing processing can include supported prior saved claims and new entries, with provenance/version identifiers.
The provider receives prompt content in a processable form, including personal or sensitive information if included, plus technical request settings/identifiers. Narrative encryption at rest is not end-to-end encryption against the provider. Processing may occur internationally. The Privacy draft describes recipients, source storage/deletion limits and verified provider policies without promising zero retention or Australia-only handling.
Tarot/Dream authority would not automatically authorise Journal processing. The current owner-test authority explicitly excludes Journal reflection; source implementation alone does not make that integration ready. Every later activation requires fresh founder authority, appropriate operative wording/acceptance, connected readiness and the separately requested feature, automatic expiry and all existing stricter caps/accounting protections. No automatic retry or follow-through may recreate the cancelled authority.
7. No live billing or automatic paid conversion
The Preview does not initiate checkout, open a billing portal or process new billing webhook actions. This draft authorises no payment, subscription, automatic conversion or public offer and changes no historical membership/subscription record.
An external existing subscription can have separate terms/management. Disabled Preview controls do not cancel or refund it. Enquiries may go to info@oracleone.org; no external cancellation/refund outcome is promised.
A later paid offer must separately disclose price, currency, applicable taxes, billing/renewal periods and cancellation/refund arrangements before purchase. Non-excludable rights are preserved.
8. Acceptable use and voluntary feedback
Use the app lawfully and respectfully, without threats, harassment, harmful impersonation, unlawful disclosure, unauthorised access or deliberate disruption. Do not defeat permissions, ownership, quotas or spending protections.
Feedback is voluntary. Describe the screen, behaviour and steps without credentials, another person's narrative or private links. No publicity, endorsement, named attribution or feedback quota is required.
9. Availability, stopping and proposed operating policies
This unfinished development Preview is session-bound, not continuous hosting or an uptime promise. Features may pause for safety, maintenance or unresolved readiness. Keep your own copy of material you cannot afford to lose; Journal browsing is not a complete export facility.
You can stop testing and sign out; sign-out does not delete records. Source supports Note deletion by overwriting encrypted title/body and retaining a soft-deleted row; metadata/backups can remain. Saved Tarot/Dreams have no self-service delete control, and no complete whole-account export/erase flow is implemented. Profile deletion and withdrawal have distinct source semantics, with connected limits; neither automatically removes saved readings.
PROPOSED FOR OWNER REVIEW — request/complaint handling: Richardt would acknowledge within five NSW business days and give an outcome or progress update within 30 calendar days after proportionate verification. Any shorter applicable legal deadline prevails. Use an authenticated session/verified account email where sufficient; investigate disputed authority safely. Never request passwords, narrative dumps or unnecessary identity-document copies. Separately authorised retrieval/export would be verified owner-scoped and delivered by a restricted method, with scope, actions, exceptions and known remaining copies documented. This is not a validated queue, export facility, erasure guarantee or provider deletion deadline.
PROPOSED FOR OWNER REVIEW — retention: review data at phase closure and every 90 days while the phase continues. Keep saved content for reopening until owner-authorised removal, subject to narrow documented legal/security exceptions; review continuing account/receipt/attempt/usage needs and minimise support correspondence. This is a review interval, not an automatic purge deadline. No settings, records, backups or evidence are changed by wording approval; destructive operations need separate scoped authority and a truthful remaining-copy report.
PROPOSED FOR OWNER REVIEW — safety/changes: pause unsafe testing/collection, notify when safe, explain material changes and identify new versions before renewed agreement when required. Allow a review request through the monitored contact. Under-age/unauthorised incidents should use minimum necessary incident data and separately authorised destructive remediation. Do not overwrite receipts to imply consent to changed text or admit new participants under this policy.
10. Responsibility and disputes
Reflection warnings and beta limitations do not remove non-excludable rights/duties. This draft has no blanket liability exclusion, indemnity, mandatory arbitration or zero-fee liability cap.
PROPOSED FOR OWNER REVIEW — NSW and Commonwealth Australian law and non-exclusive NSW courts, preserving applicable regulator/court access and non-excludable rights. This remains a policy choice, not an inferred decision from the address or a policy for international release. Founder self-testing is not proof that every consumer/privacy regime applies.
Support/privacy/complaints use info@oracleone.org or the correspondence address in section 1. Where jurisdiction permits, privacy complaints may also be made to the OAIC. Applicable law and any professional review depend on actual circumstances; no lawyer's signature is invented as an app technical gate.
11. Review basis and exact status
This substantially revised, app-specific text is for review, not legal certification or an operative agreement. The companion Privacy draft and /legal/review checklist distinguish verified facts, source capability, current cancellation, owner choices and technical unknowns.
